Therapy Services: By booking, you agree to engage in therapy services provided by The Therapy Experience, designed to support mental and emotional well-being. Results may vary based on individual needs and engagement.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled only within the same week with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Routine cancellations are not offered. In case of emergencies, however, you are allowed two courtesy cancellations per calendar year, ensuring continuity and flexibility.
No-Show Policy (NS): If you are unable to attend a session and do not notify us in advance, the session will be considered a “no-show” and charged accordingly. Please prioritize communication to maintain effective scheduling.
Emergency Care: Please note that The Therapy Experience does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you require immediate assistance, contact emergency services or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
HIPAA Privacy and Confidentiality:
Confidentiality: All client information remains strictly confidential, with disclosures only made when legally required, such as in cases of potential harm to self or others, court orders, or public health needs. Otherwise, your information will not be shared without your explicit consent.
HIPAA Compliance: Your personal and health information is handled per HIPAA regulations to ensure the highest level of privacy and security.
Consent to Treatment: By booking, you consent to receive therapeutic services and agree to confidentiality terms, HIPAA privacy standards, and the responsibilities outlined here.
Continuing with your booking confirms your agreement to these terms and gives your consent for treatment, confidentiality, and HIPAA-compliant data privacy.
