Service Description

This initial consultation addresses your testing concerns and goals, including emotional and behavioral assessments. The comprehensive process involves consultation, evaluations, and follow-up feedback to provide insight into your emotional well-being and cognitive abilities. This collaborative experience promotes personal exploration and goal-oriented work. Total service cost is $1,950, including consultation, assessment, data analysis, feedback, accommodations, referrals, and a detailed report (excludes customized battery costs). A non-refundable deposit is required to book your consultation, applied toward the total fee.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment! Please review our booking policy below: Eligibility: Appointments are available for both new and existing clients. Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled online through our booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is booked. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled only within the same week with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Routine cancellations are not offered. In case of emergencies, however, you are allowed two courtesy cancellations per calendar year, ensuring continuity and flexibility. Preparation:Please consider your goals and any questions you would like to discuss during the session to make the most of our time together. Confidentiality: All discussions during the appointment are confidential and adhere to professional ethics and privacy standards. Follow-Up: After your appointment, you may receive recommendations for further sessions or resources based on our discussion. There is no obligation to continue.
