The Therapy Experience Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Founder of The Therapy Experience.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, I specialize in faith-informed and compassionate therapy. I am an expert in integrating biblical wisdom and spiritual insights to help people heal and transform their lives. My approach is based on understanding each person’s unique value and fostering a supportive environment for growth. I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and larger groups build healthier, more fulfilling relationships and navigate life’s challenges with a deeper sense of purpose by creating safe spaces where everyone feels valued.

I have faith that you are the expert on your own life.  I am confident that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that God has plans to prosper you and give you hope (Jeremiah 29:11), that you can do all things through Christ (Philippians 4:13), and that you are God’s handiwork created for good works (Ephesians 2:10).

In my therapy practice, I integrate these faith-based principles with a humanistic, person-centered approach. This means that I focus on understanding each person’s unique value and fostering a supportive environment for growth.

The Therapy Experience is not about me imposing solutions or prescribing methods. Instead, it is about facilitating your personal journey of self-discovery and healing.

Additionally, I have completed doctoral hours in pastoral counseling, which enriches my ability to provide faith-based guidance. This enables me to connect with individuals on multiple levels and provide:
